We recently held an internal exchange meeting between our fly fishing team and tying staff.
The goal was to foster better communication and understanding between both sides.
Our professional fly fishing team gained deeper insights into the actual tying production process and provided expert feedback. In turn, our tying staff, through the fly fishers' sharing, developed a more profound understanding of various flies: their specific target fish and fishing scenarios, what they imitate, the true purpose of different tying materials, and factors influencing a fly's effectiveness—such as a streamer's color, profile, size, and its wake or disturbance in the water. This initiative aims to ensure the flies we tie are even more professional.
